CRM

Tool

CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

CRM (Customer Relationship Management). More commonly, « CRM » refers to a CRM tool or system.

A CRM is therefore a tool used to manage, streamline and improve a company's relationship with its customers: tracking the sales process, centralising contact and customer information (phone, email, contracts, etc.), after-sales support, and more. The goal of a CRM is to simplify the internal back-office of customer relationships so the external customer experience is better.
