What is a cybersecurity recruitment agency?

Can you hire cyber profiles eligible for security clearance?
Yes. We look for candidates who have already worked in protected environments, and we build the security clearance procedure into the timeline from the brief, so it does not block an accepted offer. Clearance is still granted by the State, at your company's request.
Should a CISO be hired through executive search?
Most often, yes: the role is strategic, often confidential when replacing an incumbent, and good candidates are employed. With executive search, you receive a market map within 8 days, then a report every week.
How long does it take to hire in cybersecurity?
It depends on the role: clearance or confidentiality lengthen searches for defence cyber engineers and CISOs. We give you an estimate for your role in the first conversation, with what could lengthen it.
How are you paid?
On a success basis: you only pay when the candidate starts. Fees are calculated on their gross annual salary, with a replacement guarantee during the probation period. For a CISO, as executive search: a retainer at launch, then fees when the candidate starts.
