A team still being built
The current team is 9 people:

- 1 fractional CTO (part-time)
No HR, no structured tech team yet, but plenty of work to ship fast.
The need
In this context, Elmut was looking for a developer who could take ownership of the entire tech stack, with a high degree of autonomy and a strong product instinct.
Someone able to:
- Take a business need and translate it into tech
- Ship new features and improve what's already there
- Handle bug fixes, refactors, and topics like payment management, third-party integrations, and so on
In short, a solid generalist, comfortable in a startup environment and able to thrive in a company where tech is a support function, not the core product.
